CHANGE OF CONTROL
In the event that another company acquires all or substantially all of the assets related to Qasmyr, or if we experience some other change of control event such as merger, insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, we reserve the right to include any or all user-related information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS AND, IF NECESSARY, CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you wish to see any of your Personal Information we may be using or storing, you can contact us at info@qasmyr.com via email and ask to see what Personal Information we have held for you and we will provide you with reasonable access, subject to security and protective measures. You can change or delete saved credit card details each time you make a purchase. You will also be able to delete saved credit card details by adding or editing a shipping/billing address. If you change your billing or shipping address while your order is still being processed, the order will be re-processed through customer finance check. If you prefer, you may contact us by email at info@qasmyr.com and we will amend your personal details.

Although we are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust in all of our activities with you, this Privacy Policy does not govern our collection or use of data about you through other sites.
