SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free standard ground shipping.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
If an invalid address is provided, a customer service representative may contact you for an alternate address, which may cause a delay in processing your order.
Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given is incorrect.
We currently only ship to the 50 United States.
Ground: Most orders will arrive in 3-6 business days after processing begins, depending on product availability.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you want expedited shipping.
Expedited shipping is offered but will incur additional charges, which vary by destination address.
If you don’t love what you ordered and it is not a final sale item, return the item within 14 days for a full refund less a $10.00 restocking fee.
You will receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item in the original form of payment as long as:
- Merchandise is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise is returned unused, unworn, unwashed with hangtags attached.
- Merchandise has not been altered.
Any item marked “Final Sale” is not returnable at any time. If you return a Final Sale item, you will not be refunded and the item will not be shipped back to you.
Price adjustments will be honored if you made a purchase at full price and the price changes within 7 days after receiving your package.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, date of purchase, description of which item you are returning and the reason for the return. We will send you a return authorization number.
2. All original packaging, tags and paperwork must be included. You may want to make a copy of the paperwork for your records.
3. You can choose to use the return-shipping label included in your order. If you use this to ship back your order, we will deduct $10.00 from your refund. You can also ship your return back using another shipping method of your choice. We suggest using the shipping label we provide. This helps us process your return faster.
4. Boldly write the return authorization number on the front of the box so that it is easily visible.

We cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
You may opt to use an insured delivery service, as Qasmyr cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact email@example.com immediately upon receiving the item for resolution.
